To make sure your chatbot is sharing the correct information, you may need to retrain your chatbot from time to time.
Sources
From your chatbot dashboard, you need to go to Sources to retrain your chabot.
Files
If you have existing documentation, ebooks, PDFs that can enrich your chatbot's knowledge base - this where you can add these.
Remember to press the Retrain Chatbot button once you uploaded these files.
Texts
No docs, no problem. You can freely type here information or you can copy-paste information here as well.

Website
If you already have your information ready as webpages in your website, this makes it easier to train your chatbot.
To add your webpages:
Add the webpage to the crawl field and click Fetch Links (this will fetch the links connected to that page and the found links will be seen in the Included Links)
Submit your sitemap.xml link and click Load Sitemap. You can enable AutoSync Sitemap so all new pages will be added and your chatbot will auto-retrain.
Upload a CSV file containing all your links.
Click Add in the Included Links
Remember to press the Retrain Chatbot button once you uploaded these files.
Q&A
When you want specific questions to be answered easily, you can use Q&A.

Google Sheet
Details on Google Sheet integration is found on the Google Sheet Section of the Sources.
You can use Gooogle Sheets if the data you want your chatbot to be trained on is in Google Sheets.
Keyword Trigger
This is an intelligent feature where if a user types in a keyword listed here, this will trigger to reply the answer added here.
Company Info
You may enter all the company information here and these will be used by your chatbot.
