How to use Live Chat

Live Chat in Easy Assist AI enables your users to not just have conversations with an automated chatbot but also have an option to talk with a live support agent.

First, you need to enable Live Chat.

To go there, you click Settings located at the header section of your dashboard.

Click Live Chat.

There is a toggle on/off button, if the toggle is grey - this means Live Chat is disabled.

Select your chatbot from the list.

Click Save to save your edits.

To access your Live Chat conversation, click the link "Click to start Live Chat".

When a user asks for a live agent, an email will be sent to the email indicated in the Human Takeover field on your chatbot's Chat Interface Settings.
